At Sherfield, we offer full, weekly, and flexi boarding for students aged 9 to 18, creating a home away from home where pupils feel comfortable and part of the Sherfield family.

At Sherfield, pupils have 76 acres of land to explore. The grounds feature extensive sports fields, a modern gym, tennis courts, art studios, science labs, and vibrant common areas, offering endless opportunities for learning, creativity, and play.

Sport

Sherfield School boasts a wide range of top-tier sports facilities designed to cater to various athletic interests. The campus includes an on-site gym, a spacious sports hall, a state-of-the-art 3G pitch, a Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) pitch, and three tennis courts. There is a dedicated studio for those interested in dance, while runners can enjoy the scenic cross-country woodland route. The school also offers rugby and football pitches and cricket nets and benefits from its proximity to an 18-hole golf course, providing students with diverse opportunities for physical development and recreation.

Music

Sherfield School's music facilities are designed to inspire creativity and support students in their musical pursuits. The school features a fully equipped recording studio, allowing students to explore music production and sound engineering. In addition, there are dedicated music classrooms and practice rooms for individual or group rehearsals, as well as a variety of instruments available for students to use. Pupil Kitchen

In Reception to Year 2 at Sherfield, each classroom has a dedicated pupil kitchen, allowing young learners to develop practical life skills in a hands-on, interactive environment.

Lake and Outdoor Classroom

Sherfield's picturesque lake, covered outdoor classroom and ancient woodland provide a unique, nature-based learning environment where students can explore, discover, and engage with the natural world as part of their educational experience.

Design and Technology and Art

Sherfield School's design and technology facilities offer students the tools and space to explore their creative and practical skills. The well-appointed design technology lab has advanced resources such as a laser cutter and 3D printer, enabling students to bring their innovative ideas to life. A dedicated photography studio provides opportunities to explore digital and traditional photography techniques. In addition, the food technology kitchen allows students to develop their culinary skills in a professional setting. These facilities create a dynamic environment for hands-on learning and artistic expression across various disciplines.
